Description
- Inventory control for Consignment Stock Management/ Demo & loaner equipment/ Offline Demo equipment
- Physical consignment stock count and 100% stocks reconciliation
- Check and match all billing invoices by forwarder with job sheet
- Verify charges, PO & Invoices
- Incoming & outgoing handling
- Update incoming records and arrange outgoing shipment as per commercial team request
- Manage and upkeep SAP systems up to date with accuracy
- Operational Cost Audit Review every quarter to arrange with manager
- Delivery and Logistics Cost Control
- Warehouse documents controls and audit trails set promptly
- Warehouse reporting
- Support business events trainings - logistics
- Strong communication skills to delegate work, collaborate with teammates and understand the details of a task.
- Having excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and fast pace environment
