Job Description

- Position Title: Logistics Assistant
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM, Sat 8.30 AM - 12.30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,200 + AWS + OT + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Receive packing list/raw material from suppliers
- Check for any kind of damage
- Goods Received to System (Documentation and Records)
- Perform billing reports for all transacted documents
- Print move tag from SAP system and record move tag details in tracking list
- Liaise with production team and Contract Manufacturer for closure of Transfer Order in SAP
- Perform billing report with the move tag
- Documentation and Records
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Min 1 to 2 years experience in Logistics
- Experience in SAP & WMS function will be added advantage
- Possession of Forklift License will be added as an advantage
- Computer Literate & Proficient in MS Office
