Job Responsibilities

Assist in setting up Licensed Warehouse and lead a team in day-to-day operations.
Coordinate shipments to ensure quality and timeliness with transportation/freight forwarder/3rd party logistics partners.
Communicate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to secure delivery on time and meet operational KPIs
Supporting internal and external customers by providing timely status updates on domestic
Coordinating with Singapore Customs on clearance and other documentation/specific requirements relating to Licensed Warehouse operations
Performing trending analysis and identifying necessary corrective actions, and driving implementation
Participate in improvement activities to improve daily operations.
Maintain 5S and cleanliness in the Warehouse at all times.
Recommend and participate in CIP (Continuous Improvement Project) to achieve cost savings and improve work efficiency.
Additional tasks as required

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Prefer eight years of logistics experience in import/export and warehouse operations, preferably in a Licensed Warehouse Scheme.
Sound working knowledge of cross-border logistics, including import and customs clearance.
Experience with international logistics
Subject matter expert with Incoterms and Customs regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
