Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up Licensed Warehouse and lead a team in day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate shipments to ensure quality and timeliness with transportation/freight forwarder/3rd party logistics partners.
  • Communicate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to secure delivery on time and meet operational KPIs
  • Supporting internal and external customers by providing timely status updates on domestic
  • Coordinating with Singapore Customs on clearance and other documentation/specific requirements relating to Licensed Warehouse operations
  • Performing trending analysis and identifying necessary corrective actions, and driving implementation
  • Participate in improvement activities to improve daily operations.
  • Maintain 5S and cleanliness in the Warehouse at all times.
  • Recommend and participate in CIP (Continuous Improvement Project) to achieve cost savings and improve work efficiency.
  • Additional tasks as required

Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Prefer eight years of logistics experience in import/export and warehouse operations, preferably in a Licensed Warehouse Scheme.
  • Sound working knowledge of cross-border logistics, including import and customs clearance.
  • Experience with international logistics
  • Subject matter expert with Incoterms and Customs regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
