Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming & outgoing shipment
- Coordinate delivery timing and follow up on any equipment for replacement and provide solutions
- Retrieve equipment from storage location and prepare for collection
- Return of equipment back to specific storage locations
- Liaising with 3rd party transporter for Domestic delivery
- Packing of equipment and coordinate with other department sales administrators for shipment overseas
- Arrange for periodic disposal medical devices
- Coordinate with QAQC team for timely inspection of equipment after loan/demo
- Ensure appropriate segregation of quarantined items
- Min. NITEC/Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or any related discipline
- Prior working experience in the Medical Device field will be advantageous
- No experience needed as training will be provided
