Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Assistant to support our logistics operations. The role involves handling deliveries and collections for the superstores. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries of orders while maintaining smooth operations within the supply chain.





Key Responsibilities:





To allocate and release orders to the assigned drivers via different locations. To prepare the delivery manifest for the next day's delivery. Coordinate and follow up with drivers to ensure timely delivery. Liaise with drivers and provide updates to the sales team. Follow up with drivers to ensure the POD is returned on time.


Requirements & Qualifications:





Experience in deliveries and logistics roles. Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. problem-solving and attention to detail. Minimum O level with 1-2 years of working experience as Logistic Assistant.


Preferred Skills:



1. Experience coordinating with drivers and managing transportation arrangements.


2. Ability to carry, move, and handle stock within the store environment.
