Job Description

The role

This position is part of our dynamic operations team to achieve cost and productivity optimization. You will be responsible for logistics and warehousing ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders adhere to the company's operational standards and requirements.

Key accountabilities

Inbound & Outbound Support - Assist with receiving inbound shipments, including checking items, labeling, basic testing, and storing goods. - Support outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, consolidating items, and arranging collection or delivery. - Update shipment tracking information and follow up on delivery status. Warehouse Support - Assist with warehouse organization, including shelving, rearranging stock, and handling packing materials. - Support inventory checks and ensure items are stored properly. - Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Coordination & Administration - Assist in coordinating with couriers and local transport providers for deliveries and collections. - Work closely with team members to support daily operational tasks. - Perform basic documentation and data updates related to logistics and warehouse activities.

Skills & experience

Essential - Willingness to learn and follow instructions - Basic knowledge of email communication (sending, replying, and following up professionally) - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formatting, basic sorting and filtering) - Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented - Good teamwork and communication skills - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle routine operational tasks Preferred - NITEC / Higher NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, Technology, or related fields - Basic familiarity with warehouse or logistics operations - Basic understanding of inventory handling, shipment tracking, or logistics documentation - Exposure to simple Excel functions (e.g. SUM, COUNT) or inventory/tracking systems - Training will be provided for internal systems, processes, and logistics workflows.
