: The Client is a global aerospace company. Responsibilities:
Timely delivery of goods to assigned locations which includes the loading/unloading activities during delivery.
Maintain and upkeep of company vehicle.
Maintain incoming and outgoing shipments, to verify the information against bills of landing, invoices, and other shipping documents.
Perform incoming inspection: to verify quantity received, review condition of the received and highlight/reject items with damaged outlook, quantity discrepancy, and other conditions as viewed and report any unusual condition immediately.
Input receivables into ERP system.
Prepare shipments of finished materials and follow the established procedures for packaging of materials.
Assist and ensure division compliance with export requirements and specifications by examining outgoing shipments.
Attach identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers.
Produce shipping documentations.
Co-ordinate with local freight companies and freight forwarders on returning and shipping customers' products to them.
Operate lift truck or hand truck or utilize lifting devices (Forklift, Stacker and Pallet Jack) to move, convey or hoist materials or products.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in work areas.
Wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and comply with all safety rules and regulations during course of duties.
Requirements
GCE 'O' level/Secondary/NITEC / Technical Certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
Possess Class 3 Driving licence and forklift licence.
Experienced in utilizing lifting devices (Forklift, Stacker and Pallet Jack).
Ability to interpret travellers, work instructions and verify log and procedures for accuracy.
