Logistics Assistant X2 (POS082200038)

• Location Available:

• Tai Seng Warehouse
• Loyang Warehouse
• Working Hours:

• AM: 7.30am to 3.30pm (Mondays to Saturdays, 6 days a week)
• PM: 12.30pm to 8.30pm (Mondays to Fridays, 5 days a week)
• OT as and when required

• Must be willing to work shifts following warehouse timing above.
• Budget: $1900-$2100 + VB

JOB DUTIES

• Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (unstuffing of containers, receiving, sorting, checking, put-away to location), outbound (labelling, picking, packing, release of cargo) to ensure on-time receiving and accurate delivery of goods according to SOP
• Perform Cycle Count and stock-taking accurately
• SAP WMS transactions in relation to warehouse duties
• Optimizing warehouse space and ensure bin accuracy
• Good housekeeping (5S) and safety practice to achieve well-organized and safe-working environment
• MHE (Material Handling Equipment) maintenance
• Any other duties assigned by Superior

REQUIREMENTS

• Have Forklift license / Reach Truck Certificate
• Prior experience working in the warehouse
• Must be able to work shifts following Warehouse timing
• Able to speak and read English
• Open to Malaysians (Housing Allowance: $200 (only for foreigners)) - we have Work Permit quota!

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work long hours, if required
• Attentive and fast learner
• Positive attitude and not afraid of work
• Must have hands-on experience in warehousing operations
• Able to take work under pressure and with short timeline expectations
• SAP knowledge would be an added advantage

• Forklift/Reach truck certificate would be an added advantage

Demand Planner X2 (POS082200216)

• Budget: $3900 - $5000 + VB

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Office: Tai Seng

JOB DUTIES

• Drive monthly S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop 12-month rolling demand forecast, incorporating market intelligence (promotions, phase in/phase out, new launches, dis-continuations) from Sales and Marketing teams. Challenge the forecast as needed.
• Translate demand plan into supply plan for order placement to principals
• Balance demand and supply needs of omni-channels, facilitate product allocation or product rebalancing as and when required
• Reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations for new launches, production related shortages or un-forecasted demand spikes
• Analyse and highlight business risk and opportunity to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans
• Conduct historical sales analysis and data cleansing to build statistical baseline forecast
• Develop and prepare monthly forecasting files, S&OP and KPI reports
• Participate in demand & supply planning projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent with 4 years of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations
• 2 years of related working experience in supply chain / procurement industry
• Prior experience collaborating with Regulatory Affairs groups to assess pending and new regulations and changes, and have demonstrated the ability to reduce and manage complexity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP experience will be good!
• Has good organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Has good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
