:Position Overview:The Logistics Associate at LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore plays a key role in ensuring the efficient day to day operations and he or she will be required to act as the bridge between the local Logistics team and Headquarters' Logistics team in South Korea in translation, compilation of reports and communication in Korean language.Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and managing warehouse inbound and outbound issues
• Analyzing and controlling stock on hand using the in-house WMS
• Analyzing costs related to logistics
• Assisting team members in providing solutions for outstanding stock (breakage, damage, etc.).
• Assisting the Logistics Manager with tasks such as creating documentation or sorting data
• Translate, compile and communicate effectively with HQ Logistics team in South Korea in Korean language
• Execute ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Superior as necessary.

• A diploma in Logistics or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in business level Korean language is essential for effective communication with the headquarters' Logistics team in South Korea.
• Relevant job experience is not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Demonstrated fast learning, meticulous and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
