Job Highlights:

• 1 Year Contract convertible to permanent staff
• Basic $2200 - $2600 + Transport Allowance $100 + OT + Completion Bonus
• 2 working hours available (Subject to availability):
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm (5.5 Days)
• 8:30am to 5:30pm (5-day work week, 2 days off will be rostered)
• Working location at Central (Nearest MRT is Kallang)
• Weekdays shuttle service available from Aljunied MRT & Potong Pasir MRT
• MNC Third Party Logistic Company
• Candidates with relevant education (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Science, Engineering, or equivalent) but no experience will be considered
• Full training will be provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to CLL Control Tower Ops Supervisor or Manager.
• Ensure the successful origin order of outbound shipments by managing the client\'s orders.
• Verify ASN and ISF, follow up with supplier orders and make order amendments.
• Handle origin consolidations, 3rd party carrier management, and milestone management.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and manage disruptions in the supply chain.
• Provide accurate shipment visibility as per the client\'s requirements.
• Train and coach the client\'s vendors to meet performance objectives.
• Ensure that SOP aligns with customer expectations and performance standards.
• Support productivity optimization, continuous improvement, and cost control initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good written, and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Willing to work weekends / Public Holidays (Time Off / OT payment will be given in lieu of such arrangements)
• Candidates with knowledge and/or work experience in freight forwarding (Air, Ocean, Ground)
