Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Team Collaboration and Progress Monitoring
- Oversee team activities, track performance, and report progress.
  • Daily jobs receives and Scheduling Management
- Update and communicate on daily transportation schedules.
  • TMS Optimization:
- Implement and improve Transportation Management System features.
  • Monthly Billing and Invoicing:
- Prepare and submit accurate billing and invoices.
  • Company Culture and Goals:
- Uphold company values and track goal progress.
  • Shipment Coordination:
- Arranging import/export shipments and coordinating with freight partners and customers.- Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer\'s shipments to/fro various destinations.
  • Documentation Processing:
- Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance.- Process import/export shipping documentation (Delivery Order, Arrival Notice, Bill of Lading, Permits etc.)- Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities.
  • Administrative Duties:
- Perform billing, cost analysis, and payment follow-up tasks.- Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up.Qualifications SummaryExperience:
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in handling shipping/Transportation documentation.
  • Experience in managing Air and Ocean freight shipments is preferred,
Education:Minimum Qualification: GCE O LevelsSkills:Technical Skill Requirements- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
