Key Responsibilities
Operate and Update Operations System (LMS)
Maintain and update tracking tools as required for each specific project to ensure all items are monitored effectively
Organize and coordinate shipments via sea, air, or road according to provided shipping instructions. Responsibilities include: Securing necessary customs permits, Participating in site meetings, surveys, and loadouts as needed, Coordinating with contractors for timely collection and delivery of cargo within Singapore, Collaborating with overseas offices and agents to streamline operations, Confirm receipt of incoming invoices, Issue invoices to customers to facilitate timely payments
Quotation Preparation: Create and provide quotations to clients, other company offices, or agents, ensuring that costs are competitive and align with the required terms
Promptly share all client requests with the Operations Manager or Project Manager
Actively seek and negotiate ad-hoc quotes from approved carriers, suppliers, and subcontractors, aiming to secure high-quality service at the most favorable rates

Min. O level
Min. 2 years of operational experience in project freight forwarding
Preferably have experience in sea, land, air mode of transportation
Familiar with Singapore Customs Procedures
Training provided to inexperienced candidate
