Location: Near Tai Seng MRT 5 Days Work Week: 8.30am to 5.30pm Contract: Cover Hospitalisation Leave for Apr to May 2023 Responsibilities

As a contact window to receive PO from customer, check and confirm price on received PO is correct and reply to customer to acknowledge and accept PO.
Enter Purchase Order to ERP system, generate sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, reports accordingly
Check stock availability and manage order delivery schedule with customer and sales manager
Arrange picking and packing of orders with warehouse to ensure orders are delivered before monthly cut-off time.
Make air/sea shipment booking with freight forwarder
Manage and ensure all operation and logistics documentations are filed accurately
