Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the smooth coordination with 3PLs and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and return of parcels. He/She will work closely and effectively with the Logistics Supervisor to ensure all packages are received and fulfilled by partner 3PLs on-time.
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of the location of parcels and 3PL performance
- Updating systems to reflect correct and updated parcel statuses
- Coordinating with 3PLs and internal teams regarding problematic parcels and logistic-related issues
- Analyzing patterns and trends regarding 3PL performance
- Recommending improvements for processes involving performance monitoring, handovers, deliveries, and returns.
- Supporting the execution of internal and external performance improvement projects
Requirements
- Graduate of Engineering or Business Management related courses preferred
- Preferably 2-3 years experience in logistics operations
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must excel at multitasking and pay great attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Dynamic and proactive, with a high level of passion to learn new things and adapt to a challenging task
