The Opportunity:
- Work location: Changi South (Nearest MRT: Expo)
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5.30pm / Wed to Sat, 9am to 9pm / Sun to Wed, 9pm to 9am
Adecco is partnering with a global logistics MNC that specializes in pharmaceutical and life sciences products. We\'re seeking for a dynamic Logistics Coordinator to provide excellent customer support in terms of shipment inquiries, tracking, quotations, and booking confirmations.
The Job:
- Handle customer orders and route them accordingly
- Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, including tracking, routings, quotations, and booking confirmations promptly
- Manage import and export shipment documentation for Singapore and the APAC region
- Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) and Cargowise (C1) for order processing
- Coordinate shipments and manage operational requirements
- Complete documentation for local airfreight import and export
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Relevant experience in logistics or shipping coordination is preferred
- Experience in managing air import/export operations is advantageous
