In Singapore, we also own an extensive network of service stations under the Esso brand and supply cylinder cooking gas (LPG) to many households. We also supply the commercial market in Singapore and those around the region with industrial, aviation and marine fuels and lubricants, and market liquefied natural gas (LNG).
Position Title: Logistics Coordinator
What you will be doing

• 
  Responsible for Chemical Liquids terminals and/or truck logistics operation in Singapore
• Steward logistics service providers (LSP) to the high standards of safety, security and operational performance to meet customer’s delivery expectation
• Managing relationship with LSP in operations and driving short to mid-term business improvement
• Lead cross functional team to proactively resolve operational constraints and mitigate customer impact
• Key team member in logistics contracting process: strategy development, conduct qualification of LSP, negotiation and execution
• Supports in country implementation of Global/Regional initiatives

What you should have

• 
  Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Open to recent graduates, 2-3 years in petrochemical/chemical/refinery industry with Liquids logistics experience would be preferred
• Strong communication skills to work with internal/external stakeholders and coordinate with cross functional teams
• Strong ability to influence without authority with teamwork and general interest
• Strong process orientation and focus on continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skill with ability to dive deep in incident root cause and initiate structural resolution
