Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Logistic team. Coordinate & liaising with suppliers & forwarders to manage inventory and work with planning, production, and field operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely Monitor order status and ensure proper transmission flow of information between the systems, 3PL and customers to ensure operation. Follow up closely with suppliers on the backlog; Handling shipping documentation; Photocopying and scanning of documents; Other ad hoc duties. Criteria: A team player. Able to converse and write in Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers and forwarders). Able to converse and write in Japanese will be an added advantage but not necessary. Diploma / Degree Holder with at least ************* years of relevant experience (coordinating with suppliers and forwarders) or experience in freight forwarding companies.
