Job Description
Position : Logistics Coordinator
Type : Full time
Jobscope:
- Processing of job orders
- Data entry and verification using our inhouse WMS system
- Liaising with customers and vendors on incoming and outgoing shipments via calls, messaging and emails
- Ensuring jobs are promptly and properly fulfilled
- Solving issues related to orders
- Ensure stock accuracy and daily stock movement updated on the same day
- Filing documents upon completion
- Follow standard SOP
- Generating delivery orders, sales orders, invoices, reports etc based on job type
- Other admin related job may be assigned by supervisor from time to time
Candidates must possess the following skills and traits:
- At least O'levels and above
- Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) applications (English version) for daily work
- Outspoken, able to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Merticulous and have an eye for details
- Related work experience (added advantage)
Working details:
- Warehouse environment
- Located next to MRT station and food court
- Mondays to Fridays : 0900-1800HRS
Basic salary and Overtime:
- S$1,800/month and above (depending on candidates' work experience and other skillset)
- Overtime rate (1.5x Saturdays and 2.0x on Sundays and Public holidays
- Flexible work arrangement (can be discussed with company)
Bonus:
- Year end bonus (13th month)
- Performance bonus
- Attendance bonus
- Yearly salary increment
- Subjected to performance review
