Job Description
Logistic CoordinatorMain Responsibilities
- Performing logistics (inbound and outbound) data entry
- Ensure the accuracy and timely update of system transactions
- Coordinate the urgent order fulfilment with customer, operations and transporter
- Liaise closely with internal & external customers and operations team on order fulfilment, inventory & shipment related activities
- Engage in daily warehouse activities
- Ensure documents, data and records are properly updated and kept for ease of retrieval
- Maintain good 5S housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of working environment
- Other duties as assigned
- Candidate without any working experience is welcomed as training will be provided and career progression is available
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the logistics industry preferred
- Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) & Warehouse Management System (WMS) / MS Dynamics 365 Business Central System
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Highly detail-oriented, good organizational skills and good time management
- Willingness to learn and engage in daily warehouse activities
- Working knowledge and experience in Logistics/Warehouse settings is an advantage
- Preference for candidates who can start work immediately
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
