* Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics & Transportation * Position Title: Logistics Coordinator/ Logistics Planner * Working Location: Changi (Transportation provided at Tan Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics & Transportation Position Title: Logistics Coordinator/ Logistics Planner Working Location: Changi (Transportation provided at Tanah Merah MRT) Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + AWS Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the customer service team for transport and delivery arrangements Generate Job orders for Drivers Liaise with Warehouse on forklift charges and raise PV for payment of forklift Handle schedule routing through the in-house system Updating customer service and sales teams on order delivery status Raise invoice for a job done and check for completeness Calculate monthly overtime for Drivers Maintain lorry profile, upkeep motor vehicles records Arrange payment for Road Tax, VPC, season parking & related expenses Manage complaints from sales representatives or customers Liaise with customer's rescheduling & orders APPLY NOW!!!
