The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for establishing all necessary temporary facilities and services for plant shutdown and turnaround activities. To deliver and execute the services safely and efficiently. Work independently with other department seamlessly and provide logistic support.

Responsibilities 1. Coordinate with Planners, Operations, Execution Engineers and Contractors and technical disciplines on logistic requirements. 2. Responsible for setting up all temporary facilities like rest shelter, water points, hand wash basins, air coolers, tables and chairs etc. 3. Responsible for arranging internal and external transportation. 4. Support material coordination activities. Plan and coordinate transportation of material by land and sea. Provide transport and loading and unloading support onsite. 5. Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition, including calibration and LEW certification. 6. Responsible for clearing all industrial and general waste during plant shutdownand. 7. Prepare and communicate logistic plan efficiently and effectively with all the concern departments including contractors. 8. Assist mobilization of new staff on training, PPE and IT needs. 9. Perform any other logistic duties as required by Manager and Logistic Lead.

Requirements 1. Minimum 3 years logistic support experience in oil refinery or chemical plant. 2. Well versed in MS programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 3. Knowledge of SAP and Autocad will be added advantage. 4. Singapore driving license Class 3/3A
