Job Description

Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 In accordance to client requirement, plan ahead deployment schedules of vehicular equipment (cranes, prime movers, trailer, lowbeds, etc). Make justified decision for contingency plan to overcome unexpected shortage or lapse in resources. \xc2\xb7 Coordinates deployment of internal transportation/delivery efforts between Production, SCE or Project teams and with external transport suppliers (if required), to ensure orders are fulfilled on time. \xc2\xb7 Ensure operation jobs are carried out in accordance to procedures and guidelines as established by the department or as required by Statutory Boards. \xc2\xb7 Prioritize and optimize resources to ensure availability of equipment for timely repair & maintenance schedule too. \xc2\xb7 To provide supervision and clear direction to staff under his/her control, while exercising a high level of independent judgement and initiative to ensure work completion safely and efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Reviews and evaluates performance of staff under his/her charge. \xc2\xb7 Processing of job orders through Epicor \xe2\x80\x93 EAM system and periodic updating of job activities once they are available. \xc2\xb7 Reports generation from Epicor \xe2\x80\x93 EAM system and submission to supervisor. \xc2\xb7 Keeps immediate supervisor informed of any activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 or \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Level holder with 2 years of working experience in fleet management of vehicular equipment, such as prime movers, trailers, lowbeds, etc. \xc2\xb7 NTC holder of Logistics discipline with 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of related working experience will be preferred. \xc2\xb7 Good work track record with some leadership experience. \xc2\xb7 Strong drive for results and good interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Able to communicate effective with all levels of staff. \xc2\xb7 A desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and build a career with a leading service provider for cranes and transport equipment. \xc2\xb7 Independent & self-motivated. \xc2\xb7 Proficient with Emailing, MS Office and EAM System is advantageous.
