JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to our rapid growth, we are expanding into new areas and therefore we need you - as a Logistics Coordinator to support our Logistics Team in Singapore.

YOUR MISSION

\xef\x82\xb7 Extracting Daily Orders Report to be sent to 3PL.

\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with the 3PL and forwarders to ensure timely and quality of deliveries.

\xef\x82\xb7 Provide information about the status of Customer orders.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure shipping requirements and documents are complete and correct.

\xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring and tracking of returns and recall shipments.

\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinating all inbound freight activities with carriers, and other logistics functions to ensure timely receipts of inbound shipments and resolve related issues that arise.

\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing and ensuring documents and records are in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate and participate in reconciliation of inventory with warehouse and physical inventory count and provide inventory reports as required.

\xef\x82\xb7 Handle missing or damaged inventory and inventory to be scrapped.

\xef\x82\xb7 To extract, generate and analyse reports.

\xef\x82\xb7 Liaising with Finance Department on Invoices and GST billing matters.

\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in forwarding \xe2\x80\x9ccreating labels tickets\xe2\x80\x9d by liaising with 3rd Party Logistics.

\xef\x82\xb7 Responding to Sales and/or Customer Service queries regarding shipments, package errors and promotion related shipments.

\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments for the improvement of company\'s operational efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Computer Literature and high proficiency in MS Office programs
  • You have a positive attitude, are a team-player, committed and responsible
  • You speak fluent English and Mandarin due to market needs.
  • You can work in a fast-paced environment
  • You can commence work asap
