Job Description

Logistic Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Handle import and export documents, permit declarations and custom clearance. To co-ordinate between our sales, logistics team or 3rd party suppliers to ensure proper and timely processing of all calibration and repair service requests and orders. Manage job statue updates and attend to customer's service request enquiries via email and phone calls. Perform logistics support including unpacking and inspection of incoming and outgoing service items. Handle creation of service job records and orders, system data updates and checking of all service documents before returning to customers. Coordinate sea /air freight shipments, courier service and transport arrangement. Book service with coleaders for import / export and transshipment. Preparation of shipping documents. Support sales team in daily operation. Perform other logistics duties as and when required by superior.

Logistic Coordinator Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in related fields and above. Logistics and import/export documentation knowledge. PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and etc). Ability to multitask and prioritize work with attention to detail. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/clients. Able to start work immediately or with short notice.*
