Job Description

Position : Logistics Coordinator/Support (Freight Forwarding Customer Service)
Location : Tras Street (4 Mins Walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT)
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Logistics/Freight forwarding

Main Responsibilities:
Handling of phone/ email enquiries and bookings. Provide quotation to the customer.
Arrange bookings with carrier / co-loader / transporter.
Handle a full spectrum of import and export documentation.
Handle billing, costings and ensure prompt invoicing to customers.
Liaise with carriers, feeder operators, vendors, overseas agents and customers.
Experience in handling Permit Declaration, Portnet and Tradenet usage.
Any other Adhoc duties when required.

Requirements:
At least 2-3 year of working experience in freight forwarding company
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
