Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics operations, including delivery schedules and shipment tracking
Handle purchasing processes such as preparing purchase orders and following up with suppliers
Liaise with vendors and internal teams for inventory management and replenishment
Maintain procurement and logistics records accurately
Assist in invoice verification and basic administrative duties
Support logistics planning for store openings and product rollouts
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and coordination skills
Positive working attitude and a willingness to learn
