Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing and maintaining inventory levels
- Picking and packing of goods in according to orders
- Delivery of sets to the hospitals
- Inspect Incoming Shipments, Stocking materials in the warehouse
- Issuing Purchase orders and ensuring accuracy of documents
- Checking stocks expiry date
- Preparation and submission of complaint forms to suppliers
- Participate in annual stock count
- Support Admin manager with Admin duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System for management
- Must possess a Class 3 Driving License
- Required language(s): English
- Ability to deal with various situations
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP, word, excel
- Optional: If the person possesses his own goods vehicle, it will be an added advantage
