Job Description

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3,000 to $4,000

• Working Days: Monday to Friday and Saturday

• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) and 9am to 1pm (Sat)

• Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

• Entitled to Bonuses + Annual Increment + Annual Leave

Responsibilities:

• Addressing customer enquiries by providing quotations, shipment updates and invoice bills

• Coordinating receipt and record of incoming shipments

• Arranging outgoing shipments by booking and liaising with transport providers/carriers/vendors

• Preparing customs declaration permits and other necessary documents

• Ensuring that shipments are handled smoothly and intermediate issues are troubleshooted

• Liaising with departments making sure operation runs smoothly

• Preparing and filing of shipping documentations

• Making sure shipments are expedited smoothly

Requirements:

• Candidate with at least 2 years of relevant working experience are highly advantageous
