Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming call and emails.
  • Attend to visitors and direct them to relevant department.
  • Monitor all import/export shipments arrival time closely to avoid any unnecessary penalty charges.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers and advise them solutions if any issues.
  • Prepare all import/export shipment documents such as delivery order, delivery note, authorization letter, bill of ladings, etc.
  • Create Job Orders.
  • Declare import/ export permit with GST.
  • Checking shipments status and update customers.
  • Support Sales Department in communication function such as preparing quotations, letters and emails.
  • Support Account Department in billings and charges enquires.
  • Support Logistics Controllers in customers’ requirement and deployments.
  • General filling and others administrative duties.
  • Any other ADHOC duties delegated.

  • Meticulous and organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
