Attend to visitors and direct them to relevant department.
Monitor all import/export shipments arrival time closely to avoid any unnecessary penalty charges.
Liaise with suppliers and customers and advise them solutions if any issues.
Prepare all import/export shipment documents such as delivery order, delivery note, authorization letter, bill of ladings, etc.
Create Job Orders.
Declare import/ export permit with GST.
Checking shipments status and update customers.
Support Sales Department in communication function such as preparing quotations, letters and emails.
Support Account Department in billings and charges enquires.
Support Logistics Controllers in customers’ requirement and deployments.
General filling and others administrative duties.
Any other ADHOC duties delegated.
