QUALIFICATION:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in San Juan City and/or Mandaluyong City
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receives DRF (Delivery Request Form) from departments for dispatch
Plot the DRF received as soon as possible for proper scheduling
Creation of itineraries daily before end of office for Company Drivers for verification and approval of Admin Head
Notify the Company Drivers of approved dispatch schedule and itineraries once approved
Monitor the assigned schedule to driver and provide feedback or status to the requesting Department when necessary.
Oversee preparation of units to be shipped (packing) and arrange booking with the forwarder. Verify internal budget allotted for each shipment by getting info from requestor.
