We are now hiring Interns for our H1 2024 cohort! Internships will start in 2 batches: 11 Dec 2023 or 8 Jan 2024 for a duration of 6 to 7 months. Please indicate your availability in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred. Applications end 15 September.

Join us as a Logistics Engineering Intern to make an impact!

You will support Logistic Engineers in the design, governance, improvement and Automation of warehouse processes to realize Productivity while maintaining best-in-class Quality and Safety in warehouse operation.

Location: Tuas

What will you do?

Together with Logistic Engineers to:

• Design warehouse processes based on Lean Methodology, Line Architecture Design and SPS requirements
• Design storage strategy based on Warehouse Design Methodology and SPS requirements

• Review existing processes to improve productivity and meet Safety, Quality and Ergonomics requirement
• Drive digitization and automation (AGV, AMR, Goods-to-Person) across the processes to boost productivity
• Refresh Time Standards when new processes are deployed
• Support deployment of new warehouse flows (Labelling, Repackaging, Cross Dock, Field Service)
• Liaise with operation, quality, safety, and training committee to ensure processes are well documented, communicated and deployed smoothly

What qualifications will make you successful? * Education: Ongoing Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s study in Data Analytics/Mathematics/Economics/Computer Engineering/IT related or similar

• Skills/Systems Knowledge: Good to have Tableau / PowerBI
