Job Description
Your new company My client is an established MNC in the Luxury Retail industry known for their iconic branding and products. In line with their expansion plans, they are looking for a Logistics Executive to support their growing operations. Located in the West. Transport pick-up provided. This is a 1-year contract role. Your new role
- Responsible for coordination of orders and shipping arrangements with 3PL
- Preparation of shipping documentations, handling all the supporting documents required for shipments to different countries, providing manual invoices and packing lists
- Manage various category of items including dangerous goods and exotic items, splitting the shipments accordingly to the product category
- Apply Certificate of Origin (COO) as part of shipping documents preparation
- Work closely with warehouse team for stock rebalancing
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics or any relevant field
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar role
- Must be familiar with SAP system and strong in MS Excel skills
- Experience in airfreight is required
- Strong communications & ability to communicate across different functions
