Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating import and export shipment operations matters. Ensuring all related transactions are updated.
- Manage and coordinate with suppliers, internal or external customers on the daily operational activity and provide support on logistics queries.
- Support the maintenance of the warehouse.
- Ensuring all goods are properly packed and safe for shipment.
- Provide support to the Procurement Engineer to check and prepare materials and liaise with the factory for the collection.
- Support PO# processing and email out PO# to Suppliers.
- Provide support to incoming materials receipt and stock in.
- Perform physical count of inventory on yearly basis.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management and/or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/ Warehouse / Freight Forwarding is a plus.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
