Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Preparation and timely submission of stock/inventory reports for cargoes stored in APAC to various stakeholders:

• Generate stock figures from inventory system
• Liaise with counterparts remotely to ensure accurate reporting of stock figures
• Consolidate and transfer the reconciled stock figures to standardized templates

\xc2\xb7 Preparation and timely submission of other ad hoc reports as assigned

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and timely update of APAC\'s warehouse lease register (ensure valid lease agreement and updated lease expiration date)

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and timely update of weighing scales\' calibration certificates and its expiry dates

\xc2\xb7 Update of commercial related deals into a common register

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with insurers, brokers and internal colleagues for matters relating to marine cargo insurance

\xc2\xb7 Issuance of marine cargo insurance certificates including invoice verification

\xc2\xb7 Track all insurance jobs including profit and loss

\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update claim\'s register and dashboard on a quarterly basis

\xc2\xb7 Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum diploma in any discipline

\xc2\xb7 A team player who demonstrates teamwork

\xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Office especially in Word, Excel & PowerPoint

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Power BI would be advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Able to perform effectively in a high pressure, fast paced working environment
