- With relevant experience as logistics coordinator
- Experience in import/export procedures
- Experience in cycle count/stock take
- Experience with Microsoft Office and logistics software (SAP)
Dispatch
- Attend customer service enquiry from Email/Calls
- Handle warehouse management system on documentations
- Prepare full sets of shipping documents from system after received order/shipping instruction from Sales
- Complete pick and pack for daily deliveries
- Liaise and coordinate with carrier/forwarders/customers to ensure smooth delivery of shipment
- Update completed deliveries/collections into system.
- Any other logistics/admin ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Acknowledge receipt of goods upon handover by freight forwarder/delivery contractor
- Assist in checking physical conditions (quantity/quality) and segregate goods accordingly
- Assist to put away received items into assigned locations within stipulated timeframe.
- To indicate goods receipt information clearly on documents and onto SAP system.
- Dispose unwanted materials at assigned areas when required to.
- Any other logistics/admin ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
