& Requirements
This job responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
Logistics Operations & Execution
Identify and implement ways to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure the logistics team follows standard procedures.
Accurately label and track all stock and products.
Prepare and submit logistics reports, including inventory, delivery, and transport reports.
Submit invoices and records to finance for reconciliation.
Keep accurate records of all deliveries and documents.
Distribution & Transportation
Ensure smooth warehouse operations and on-time deliveries.
Coordinate transport, storage, and delivery of wine products across locations.
Safely handle and transport goods to prevent damage.
Manage delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues to the team.
Pick, pack, load, and unload goods accurately and safely.
Check wine quality and labeling upon delivery.
Perform other delivery-related tasks as needed.
Inventory Management
Ensure safe storage and transport of products to prevent spoilage or damage.
Monitor inventory levels, support e-commerce order processing, and maintain accurate records.
Conduct stock checks and inspections regularly.
Report any issues with incoming stock or deliveries.
Assist in stock-taking activities.
Communication & Teamwork
Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Lead and support logistics team members.
Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries.
Address customer inquiries or concerns effectively.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety procedures and legal regulations.
Ensure safe operation of vehicles and warehouse equipment.
Conduct regular vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and roadworthy.
Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:
At Least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Minimum diploma in logistics/operations management or supply chain with relevant job experience
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Good team player with effective communication and possess initiative, well organized & positive working attitude.
Proficient in MS Office & software applications: ERP, Zetta system would be advantageous.
Physically Fit, as carrying heavy goods is needed.
Monday to Saturday (5.5day work week. Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday half day 9am to 1pm)
Class 3 driving licence. (Van)
