: 6 days/week (One weekday off), 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM + OT supportSalary
: Basic up to $3,200 + Variable BonusResponsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute daily logistics operations (deliveries, transfers, dispatch). Monitor and maintain stock inventory, including cycle counts and stock-taking. Liaise with Central Kitchen, outlets, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Handle packing, loading, and unloading of goods for dispatch. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of FMCG items to outlets (local & overseas). Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area. Assist in preparing logistics reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and company SOPs.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' / 'A' Levels or Diploma. Preferably with relevant logistics, supply chain, or F&B experience. Physically fit: able to lift and carry up to 25kg when required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communication skills in both English & Chinese (to liaise with English & Chinese-speaking stakeholders). Highly organized, resourceful, and meticulous with strong attention to detail. Reliable, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile. Comfortable with early start times (from 6:00 AM).
