Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Work location: Outram Park
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- $3000 to $3800, AWS & Medical Benefits
- Manage inbound, outbound, and transshipment activities while preparing invoices and the required documentation.
- Maintain and update an internal price list database to guarantee accuracy in pricing, products, and terms.
- Coordinate with overseas vendors, customers, freight forwarders and carriers for delivery arrangement.
- Monitor and communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate submission of shipping documents.
- Relevant experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is required.
- Knowledge in CargoWise is an added advantage.
