Logistics Executive (Luxury Retail)

Job scope:
- Handle full spectrum of retailers\' and boutiques sales documents
- Monitor fulfilment of shipment or receipt of goods, such as issuance of import/export license and duties/tariff documents
- Track and ensure accuracy of inventories
- Ensure shipments on purchases are accurate and reconciled against shipment invoices
- Maintain quality control on new shipments as according to headquarter guidelines
- To keep logistic costs for delivery competitive at all times
- Work with forwarders on delivery and shipment processing while ensuring documents are well-prepared
- Perform weekly, monthly and yearly inventory stock count
- Coordinate on product repair shipments and ordering of spare parts
- Degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in logistics for luxury retail/consumer goods is an added advantage
- Ability to work well both independently and in teams
- SAP System experience is a plus
