Led daily operations and commands the Off-Site Stores Management personnel.
Responsible to the Authority for the indent, receipt, inspection, accounting, storage, maintenance, distribution, disposal and replacement of the stores and equipment in the unit.
Manage, plan, schedule and execute any ad hoc services and operations support service support request by their respective site
Plans the storehouse layout to ensure optimal utilisation of space and the smooth operation within the storehouse.
Allocation, storage, and maintenance of stores.
Ensures that the unit\xe2\x80\x99s Logistics Supervisors & Assistants are familiar with the store management and ILMS operating procedures.
Conduct daily and weekly briefs all personnel on the security and safety at workplace.
Conducting operations for all Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Assistant.
Provide coaching and guidance to Supervisors and Logistics Assistant through in-house training and On the Job Training
Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or any relevant.
Possess keen interest in supply chain technology and logistics process design.
Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics, as well as front-line Client Relationship Management (CRM) is an advantage.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with people.
