• Position : Logistics Executive - (Operations Support/ Coordinate) - NO EXP REQ
• Location : KAKI BUKIT
• Working hours : 5 days work week; Mon to Fri, 830 to 500pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Transportation Allowance + 14 days Annual leave add 1 day per year capped at 21 days
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : MANUFACTURE AND REPAIR OF SEMICONDUCTOR ASSEMBLY AND TESTING EQUIPMENT

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager to Identify the parts business requirement & setup the required business unit within the section.
• To familiarize with various functions within the Logistics Management Department
• Perform continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
• Perform identification of business requirements.
• Assist Manager to integrate various functions and perform as a Supply Chain.
• Coordinate activities to improve quality of Parts services.
• Administrate document control for audit trail.
• Generate report for statistics and management review.
• Administrate workflow procedure for improvement in efficiency within Logistics Management.
• Develop materials plan and compile forecast to fulfil customers' orders.
• Participate in Stock Inventory control.
• Report WSH incidents
• Coordinate WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements
• Suggest WSH solutions to address localized shortcomings in existing processes
• Perform safety and health risk assessment
