They are currently expanding the business and is seeking for talents to join their expansion plan as a Logistics Executive. In this position, you would be required to prepare the shipping documents and ensure timely arrangement to customers' sites.

In this position, you would be required to prepare the shipping documents and ensure timely arrangement to customers' sites.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end inventory planning from purchase requisition, purchase order creation, to goods receipt into warehouse
Manage PO delivery status and outstanding purchase orders
Processing pick, pack and co-ordinate parts delivery with freight forwarder and customers
Prepare export shipping document and necessary documentation as required from destination
Perform invoicing after goods are shipped/received
Job Details:
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Jurong East
Bonus: AWS + VB
Talents:
Preferably candidates who have at least 3 years of relevant experience
