Our client is a Retail industry. They are looking for a Logistics Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central. Responsibilities:
- Responsible in ensuring stocks are received in SAP system timely in store or warehouse
- Responsible in handling incoming and outgoing shipments via tracking/HAWB number and sharing details with relevant parties
- Responsible in monitoring warehouse/ stores on all orders and incoming details
- Responsible in generating shipping invoices for transfers with turnaround time of 24hrs
- Responsible in handling weekly shipment file \xe2\x80\x93 Italy shipment weekly pickup information
- Responsible in compiling all countries logistics billing invoices into summary with supporting docs to request approval for payment
- Responsible in handling month end closing to verify all warehouse charges are aligned to SAP transaction before requesting approval for payment
- Responsible in handling duty drawback process include checking import details match to documents and confirm eligibility before generating export invoice \xe2\x80\x93 Thailand
- Responsible in generating SOH report, inbound/outbound report whenever needed
- Responsible in working closely with warehouse, internal cross function depts, store and suppliers/contractors closely
- Responsible in supporting Logistics Manager on special project/store opening project as & when needed
- Min Diploma any relevant field
- Min 3 years working experience in logistics field
- Prior experience in Microsoft excel / pivot table / Vlookup is a bonus
- Prior experience in SAP is a bonus
