RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Manage manpower and fleet deployment for catering services. Ensure timely delivery to customers. Ensure all processes and operations comply with HACCP requirements. Maintain vehicles and equipment in good working condition. Maintain vehicle and equipment logs for regular maintenance and servicing. Support smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in logistics or fleet management, preferably in catering or F&B. Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented. * Willingness to work a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays when required for events.
