Job Description



Planning and oversee movement of goods Manage and Improve workflow and meet customers expectations. Monitor inventory levels and warehouse operations to ensure optimal stocking level. Liaison with 3PL, co-workers and customers on order fulfilments. Manage and support on Singapore Custom clearance and documentation. Coordinate with local & overseas suppliers, frieght forwarders and logistics partners on shipments. Manage and Support daily orders and fulfilments. Inventory management and regular stock take. Resolve logistics issues to ensure timely delivery and cost effectiveness. Generate monthly reports for Manager. Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:



Min. Diploma in Business Admin/ Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent. Min. 2 years' experience in related field, particularly in Supply chain and Inventory management. Experience in working with 3PL, shipment documentation and Singapore Custom process is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Words, Excel) and MS Outlook. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Result oriented, able to work independently and a good team player. * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
