Logistics Executive

Location: Kaki Bukit Road


Working Hours: 6 days per week, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate the processing of FMCG items for both internal and external customers. Manage and coordinate overseas orders for export. Liaise closely with the Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, overseas customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Oversee packing of FMCG and overseas orders to ensure accuracy and quality. Maintain proper inventory control and conduct monthly stocktaking. Ensure the store area is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained. Manage administrative tasks for the logistics department, including scheduling, leave records, and cash card tracking. Provide support in all other logistics-related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' Level or Diploma qualification. Preferably with some relevant working experience in logistics or a related field. Physically fit and able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs when required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to liaise effectively with colleagues. Organized, resourceful, proactive, reliable, and attentive to details. Good follow-up, time management, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Highly motivated, meticulous, and willing to go the extra mile in carrying out responsibilities.
