Job Description
Job Details What you will do: As a Logistics Executive Trainee, you will coordinates the shipping activity between Transportation, Operations, Inventory, Order Management, Quality and various departments to ensure outbound shipments are shipped on schedule. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfillment; processing documentation that accurately depicts shipments quantities, item description and mode of travel. Responsible for making sure inventory, product, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse systems efficiently and safely. How you will do it:
- Accurate and timely processing of quotation and orders
- Ensuring orders is compliance with company policies and processes.
- Ensure close follow-up of outstanding orders and issue with proactive communication to all parties
- Coordinate and responsible for end to end order management which includes order fulfillment and shipment coordination with both internal and external parties.
- Handle all shipping documents
- Check, audit and process third party freight forwarder invoices.
- Fresh graduates from any disciplines are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with demonstrated interest in supply chain & logistics area will be preferred.
- Good in MS Excel.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
