across the world. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Logistics Executive

to manage our end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between our internal teams, distributors, and 3rd party logistics partners.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, multi-regional logistics and wants to grow with a creative and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the

Sales Team

to plan and schedule deliveries for new product launches and restock shipments

Manage import/export operations

for finished goods and raw materials Coordinate with local and overseas

warehouses

for picking, packing, and shipping Oversee

inventory accuracy

, cycle counts, and disposal processes Liaise with

3rd party logistics providers

to obtain quotes, evaluate costings, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries Support

Events Team

by shipping promotional materials and merchandise Handle

courier shipments

, including pick and pack activities Monitor

logistics partners' performance

, billing accuracy, and service levels Prepare and share

product availability reports

with internal stakeholders bi-weekly Participate in

internal and external audits

related to inventory and logistics Continuously seek opportunities to

improve internal logistics processes

and reduce costs

? Requirements

Diploma in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management

, or relevant discipline

1-2 years

of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service Strong understanding of

import/export procedures

,

Incoterms 2020

, and

Harmonised Codes

Team player with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills Detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in

Microsoft Office

and courier/warehouse platforms Proactive with a positive, improvement-focused mindset Open to occasional

warehouse duties

and support on

weekends/public holidays

for company events Able to work effectively with

regional and international partners

Good to Have

Class 3 / 3A Driving License

Familiarity with the

trading card game

or pop culture merchandise industry
