Monitor movement and expiry dates of products to avoid out-of-stock situations
Prepares inventory report for monthly review
Work closely with sales managers to prepare demand forecast for shipment planning
Liaise and work with HQ for production and shipment forecast
Support finance with monthly stock reconciliation
Regulatory compliance
Work closely with sales and marketing managers and internal/external regulatory teams to ensure products shipped are compliant with respectively countries\xe2\x80\x99 regulatory requirements (e.g. new packing labels, new product formulation)
Import Operations
Coordinate all inbound freight activities with carriers and other logistics functions to ensure timely receipts of inbound shipments
Resolve all inbound issues; preparing and ensuring documents and records are in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
Export Operations
Activate freight bookings with forwarder/airline;
Prepare, validate and submit export documentation
Ensure 3PL partner correctly packs product/shipment on time
Ensure shipments and goods are collected and despatched on time
Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Studies or any relevant.
Min. 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain (preferably experience with cosmetic products).
Experience in handling SEA logistics
Knowledge and experience in handling dangerous goods is added advantages.
Well-versed in MS Excel.
