Identify gaps and analyze root causes to potential drawbacks that might hinder the warehouse operations.
Responsible for managing & monitoring stock levels & ensuring that inventory is stored appropriately.
Analyses logistics data to identify areas where improvements can be made, such as reducing lead times, improving on-time delivery, and optimizing inventory levels.
Perform continuous improvement activities on outbound/inbound logistics flow, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
Maintain good relationship with the customer by ensuring operational KPIs are met and prompt resolution of issues.
Attend monthly KPI meeting and presentation with customer.
Ensure compliance to warehouse safety and adhere to the guideline
Render support to customers' logistical needs.
Ensure warehouse resources are deployed in most cost optimum manner.
Review daily operational procedures to ensure continuous improvement in process flows, productivity and operations.
Ensure cleanliness and optimum space management within warehouse.
Prepare and submit the OMS workorder and Bill request Data
Prepare staff's monthly attendance in HRIS for submission for manager's approval.
Adhere and ensure that the team follows safety protocols to avoid any personal injury / property damage
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department.
